With the latest announcement from Governor Walz, things are starting to look bright for our return to normalcy. As many employers shifted to remote workforces, many are now evaluating the option to return to the office. While working remotely offered many benefits, it also came with many challenges. The choice to return to the office will require some additional steps but many benefits go along with it. We are currently surveying employers in the south metro to understand how we can assist them in this transition and any questions or concerns they may have. Join us on May 25^th to learn the insights of these results, what returning to the office will look like for many employers, and what aspects should be strongly considered and evaluated.
